Robert Bilbie Consultancy Offers One-Stop Shop for EPCs
From October 2008, Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are mandatory for both domestic and non-domestic buildings which are constructed, sold or let on a new lease. They may also be required where buildings are being modified.
Robert Bilbie Consultancy is now offering a one-stop shop for EPCs, whether for a new-build from drawings and specifications, or for existing buildings where a walk-through inspection is required. The firm has a team of assessors able to provide this service, and is now welcoming enquiries.

Norfolk Eco-Homes Achieve ‘Excellent’ Rating In National Environmental Standards
An innovative development of during 2005 15 eco-homes at Lingwood has achieved an ‘Excellent’ rating on the Eco Homes scale – only the second new homes development which has achieved this level of sustainability in Norfolk.
Norwich based energy and environmental design specialists Robert Bilbie Consultancy and contractor Young Homes received the coveted certificate from industry body BRE Global – under their BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) assessment methodology for the development of 15 contemporary and ecology designed affordable homes in the village. The scheme is also a winning project in the CPRE Norfolk 2008 awards for architectural, environmental and educational projects.
